Children 18m+
Kids these days are under a lot of pressure. Between school, extracurricular activities, and social media, it seems like there’s no time for a break. For kids who struggle with anxiety or depression, that pressure can be too much to handle. Luckily, therapy can help.
Teens & Adolescents
Most therapists will tell you that most adolescents and teens who are seen in therapy don’t really need therapy. What they need is someone to talk to who isn’t their parents. So, if you’re feeling like your teen is struggling, give them a chance to talk to one of our therapist. It might be just what they need.
Adults

Older adults
Older adults are often overlooked when it comes to therapy. However, there are many benefits to seeking therapy as an older adult. There are challenges that arise in every stage of life.
Individual Counselling
Individual counselling is done one-to-one, allowing you to face issues and challenges with someone rather than on your own. Individual counselling is offered to all ages.
Wholistic Counselling Services offers a range of specialty services: verbally and non-verbally, directive and non-directive to assist in development, change, and healing. Our specialized social workers work where you are at in your healing journey on challenges unique to you.
Couples Counselling
Couples therapy is not just for married couples! If you are in a committed relationship and are experiencing difficulty, couples therapy can help. Couples counselling is great for those who are in need of working through challenges they may be facing together and/or separately. Whether you are fighting all the time or just a little, couples therapy can help get your relationship back on track, open communication, and increase connection.
Family Counselling
When two or more humans share space under one roof, there is bound to be challenges. The good news is that for many families, simply acknowledging the challenges and seeking professional help can make all the difference. Family therapy helps improve family dynamics by addressing issues and conflicts in a safe and constructive environment.
Parenting, Parent Consultation
Parenting can be hard, but can be worth it. With the right tools, increasing connection, and learning parenting skills, you can support your child through anything life throws their way.
Group Counselling
Group counselling is a great way to connect with others and empathize with people who experience like-challenges. Connect with people like you! Groups help you to manage your emotions and stress levels, teaches you new coping skills, reduces feelings of isolation and loneliness.
