He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Windsor. Driven by a commitment to deepen his expertise, Chris pursued and obtained his Master’s Degree in Social Wor​k​. As a registered Social Worker with over four years of experience as a counselor and therapist​. He continuously enhances his knowledge and skills through ongoing education,​integrating evidence-based practices into his work.​ â€‹Chris has certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. ​

​​Chris specializes in supporting individuals seeking to improve emotional regulation, those experiencing grief, and those navigating challenges related to anxiety and depression. â€‹Chris brings â€‹forth a â€‹wholistic and trauma-informed approach, ensuring that each client’s unique needs are met with sensitivity and respect.​ His approach is grounded in genuine care​ and a steadfast dedication to supporting his clients’ well-being.​ Through his work, Chris creates a safe, judgment-free environment where clients can explore their emotions and experiences with confidence and trust. CHRIS’ FREE TIME

On his free time, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and loved ones. He enjoys weekend road-tripping and travelling the world with his wife. Chris enjoys watching sports, and being physically active.
