In addition to her academic achievements, Amanda has completed the Autism and Behavioural Science Certificate at St. Clair College. She brings over eight years of experience as a behaviour therapist, working with children and youth aged 2-18 living with autism spectrum disorder. After transitioning from her role as a behaviour therapist, Amanda has provided invaluable support to hundreds of families in the Windsor community. Her work has focused on parental guidance, behavioural support, emotional regulation, and developmental goal setting.

Amandaโ€™s expertise spans a wide range of clients, including children, teens, young adults, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-harm, relationship difficulties, and lack of motivation. With Kootenay and Flathead heritage, Amanda integrates a two-eyed seeing approach, bridging Indigenous and non-Indigenous worldviews in her practice. She is dedicated to helping Indigenous individuals deepen their understanding of and connection to their family traditions, cultural practices, and relationships through a Wholistic lens. Amanda is deeply committed to fostering a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where clients feel empowered to grow and heal. She places great emphasis on building meaningful therapeutic relationships, understanding that connection is the foundation for positive change and transformation
