Meet Ali!
Alexandria, also known as Ali (She/Her), is a registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Windsor. She has extensive experience supporting youth, adults, and older adults through both short- and long-term counselling. With a strong foundation in trauma, addictions, and mental health, Ali works with individuals navigating emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, grief, and chronic health conditions. Her approach is trauma-informed, Wholistic, and client-centered—grounded in compassion, equity, and a deep respect for each person’s story. She is dedicated to addressing the whole person and emphasizes the importance of nourishing both mind and body throughout the healing process.
Ali believes that clients are the experts in their own lives and works collaboratively to foster growth, resilience, and meaningful change. She creates a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered.
Drawing on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other trauma-informed modalities, Ali tailors her approach to meet each client’s
unique needs. Ali is passionate about lifelong learning and is committed to continually growing both personally and professionally to better support the diverse needs of those she works with.

On her free time, Ali enjoys spending time with family, walking in nature with her spouse and goldendoodle Luna, and staying active through weightlifting.
