Meet Angie!
Meet Angela, she goes by Angie (pronouns: she/her). She obtained a Bachelor of Nursing (BScN) from the University of Windsor and is Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO). Angela has 10 years of nursing experience in a variety of clinical areas of acute and chronic disease such as pediatrics, medical surgical, and geriatrics. Angie is passionate and has extensive experience helping clients, families, and couples who struggle a variety of mental health challenges. As a nurse and psychotherapist, Angela has a unique practice base that also focuses on helping those who struggle mentally from illness/disease process and navigating the system to improve health, mental health, and wellbeing outcomes.
With her unique blend of experiences, she incorporates Wholism (spirit, emotions, mind, and body) into her practice. As a French-Indigenous woman with Cree, Ojibwe, and Mi’kmaq roots, Angie
facilitates the enrichment of the whole person and family unit. She provides a compassionate, neutral, and safe environment for growth and positive change. Angie offers counselling and psychotherapy to individuals, families, and
couples, assisting them with their personal self-growth, self-motivation, and autonomy throughout the life span.
ANGIE’S FREE TIME
On her free time she enjoys being creative doing art, interior design, and crafting. You would find Angie laying on the beach and spending time with friends and family.
